O2 Travel

For some strange reason it appears that O2 deem that their monthly customers need less data for the same amount of money than their PAYG customers.
PAYG: 25MB per day
Pay Monthly: 15MB per day.
Perhaps it's because you also get the O2 Travel Voice Service, but I'm sure that it used to be 25MB regardless.
Edit: According to O2, it changed on 26/03/13 to 15Mb on PM, as well as doing away with outgoing calls coming out your inclusive minutes. Now it's just a blanket 50p charge for an up to 60 minute outgoing or received call.
Apparently I was informed by SMS. I wasn't.
I don't see the point of changing the data limit, since the £1.99 fee is not for the above O2 Travel Voice Service, but only the data service. The indication is that you only get charged the £1.99 if you use data. So why the reduction for loyal Pay Monthly customers?
