    Oh those puppies are so cute!! Mine is asleep beside me - we met her when she was 8 weeks old, so never saw her that little.

    Pigpen - hope today is much better for you . . .
    And for everyone else whose kids were giving them jip yesterday!

    Vacuum thru house - done

    Wash floors

    Do kids rooms and master bedroom
    • have made bed up for DS1 for when he comes home either tonight or tomorrow;
    • have vacuumed all bedrooms;
    • have changed kids beds
    • will do ours tomorrow.
    Have also had a quick wipe down in the kitchen;
    Walked puppy;
    Hung out two loads of washing.

    This afternoon I need to:
    • Do banking;
    • Update finances;
    • Quick trip to accountant;
    • Maybe test drive a couple of cars :)
    • Buy a new pillow or two.

    Morning all

    ILs phoned last night and Parent-IL have gone camping with the dog so DD is going to :D THEN they're going back to their place and DD will be going with them, with us picking her up Wednesday night after OH finishes work :j Thats 4 days without her for the first time in a while. :D It does mean I'm going to have a VERY short half-term with her but I know that Thursday she'll be exhausted and want to have a lazy day :T So that only leave Friday for us to find something to do, so much easier than trying to fill 4 days with no car and a reluctant-to-walk-if-she-thinks-she's-going-a-long-way-daughter :D:D It also means I have Tuesday to myself at home, which will be handy as I'll probably have ebay parcels to dispatch, and then Wednesday I'm going to work with OH and into Wigan for a wander around the area (might try and pick up an A-Z while I'm there so I don't get lost, PLUS it would be handy to have one anyway!) and probably get lost in their HUGE Asda :eek: Then on to IL's house who I've already told will be supply the evening meal that night (Well it was more along the lines of "if you want DD to stay until Wednesday then you have to cook us tea that night!":rotfl:).

    So today I don't have to get the place as done as I originally thought BUT, I would like to spend Tuesday in the garden or just chilling so I'm still going to do the house right through today ;) With that in mind (and the prep for the weekend as well, which reminds me, I need to go to the shop to get some crisps for the journey to stop me being ill) this is my list for TODAY :

    Morning all :hello:

    It's gonna be hectic here today but I will be flying - its upstairs today and washing machine on bedding changed and all sorts of other stuff (S&S) done. Hope top post properly later!

    SMILIES - as far as I know (I dont do smilies in emails usually though I do have incredimail for some stuff) you have to do html formatting and use the "insert html code" tab. Hope that helps! it won't come out the other end of course if they are set to receive plain text only which most people are ( me included!) which rather defeats the object.

    Hugs to all and cute pups!!!!

    Morning :hello:

    Hope everyone's ok, those puppies are sooo cute

    Nicki enjoy your few days of peace :D

    My littleys off to Cyprus tomorrow for a week with mum-in-law and her aunty, I'm gonna miss her so much and if truth be known I don't want her to go but that's just because I'm gonna feel lost without her. She wont give me a second thought lol and that's the way it should be.

    DS is off school again today, he's still very upset about his friend, but he's been to see his family and they said that he can go with them to the chapel of rest probably later today, and then of course there's the funeral :(

    I've been under immense stress and upset this week and I feel like hell. No flying for me today, just dailies and a potter.

    * WM
    * hang out said washing ^^
    * hoover through
    * make bed
    * S&S kitchen
    * charge littleys Nintendo DS (for the plane)
    * sort summat for tea

    Gonna finish my brew then get started, catch ya later lovelies

    One load of washing on the line, including throws from the living room. Weather's a bit iffy though, hope it will dry.

    S & S'd the kitchen, vacuumed right through downstairs.

    Had a bit of a fling in my wardrobe. I've sorted through before but still shoved some stuff back that I wasn't sure about flinging. Still there untouched so it's gone. And I've been through my bookcase and made up a pile for the charity shop of stuff that I don't really want to read again.

    Hi ladies I am going to join you all next week and fly!! Not starting now as I'm off to Canterbury till Sunday. I've been reading the last couple of days to get the idea..... but what is S & S'd the kitchen?
    Any other strange jargon I should look out for?

    Swish and swipe - not just the kitchen, bathroom too. Just means give it a quick wipe over after you've used it in between the proper clean once a week or whatever. In the kitchen I basically put stuff away and then wipe over the worktops and draining board and give the tap a quick buff. Only takes a few minutes but makes it look better.
