Hi, I'm not on Jobseekers or any other benefit, unfortunately, but I do have a friend who is a solicitor so she is very kindly helping me out with the wording n stuff. She said that although there seems to be no actual crime committed, it's just basically down to the Judge to decide what to do. If I can get as much info as possible, then present it to the Judge, he will base his desicion on all the available information. Fingers crossed in my favour.

Thanks for the replies. I'll let you know if/when anything happens.

Perhaps I could print this thread up (if no-one objects) and show relevant posts to the Judge that delivery offices do not neccessarily ask for proof of ID?

I have no objection, but I wouldn't have thought testimony from anonymous unqualified posters would cut much ice in court :)

    HELP!!!

I've received an Allocation Questionnaire this morning.

Now, I'm currently in a battle with LloydsTSB re bank charges so know what these are generally used for with regards to that, but how the hell do I fill it in for this?!?!?!

Is it the same format, all answers the same? Or is it completely different?

    HELLLPPP please!

It's all Greek to me... if you haven't chatted to a solicitor (ideally for a free half hour) yet, I suggest you do!

I've just rung the court and it's going to cost me £100 just to file this bloody AQ! The total she is claiming is only 165!! How is that fair?

... I think you need someone who is genuinely in the know to give you an honest opinion of whether you will win or not. Presumably if you can and do win, all of your fees are recoverable. You buyer may be quite savvy and playing a poker hand here, hoping you will fold and do a deal with them. It could be a bluff, who knows?

    Hi Bev

I'm not sure YOU have to pay anything - don't suppose you bank with Barclays do you - if you have Additions you get free legal advice as well.....
