Regardless of cost, who is the best broadband supplier

Hello, we're currently with BE, but don't fancy going to Sky. Out of all of the providers, who actually gives the best service i.e.: fastest, unlimited, no peak slowdown, good customer service

I'd be interested to know too. Seems most people are saying PlusNet.

Would be good to get reviews from people who have it. Both fibre optic and normal ADSL2+. The thing that bugs me most when going with ISP is just customer service. At that point, don't mind paying anything.

All i know is that past Pc Pro user reliability tests put
Zen top and BE usually second .
Must say despite higher cost have been 100% happy with BE .Personally going to wait and see but been through to many ISP buyouts to expect better usual is worse .

I think it varies by area and whether you are just downloading or also uploading. I'm on south coast and have TalkTalk (cheap) and my connection is quick, never maxes out and never goes down but they often get bad reviews. A friend of mine has TalkTalk in London and gets outages and it slows when he downloads too many films.

Always been with BT rarely get problems, even upgraded to fibre optic infinity at no extra cost. Presently pay £10 per month for 40 gb allowance.

I've had both Plusnet ADSL2+ and FTTC, and can not rate them enough. The customer services and reliability have faultless.

I really can't fault Virgin Media! I was with Sky for a year, and o2 for a year previous to that and received awful speeds through ADSL! Fibre Optic for me is more reliable and consistant - FTTC from Sky and the likes isn't available in my area yet so I can't comment on that style of Fibre.
Currently in a Protected Trust Deed - 17 payments until DEBT FREE - February 2027

If cost is no problem then I would go for Zen every time.

That said I recently changed from O2 to Plusnet and have to say (touch wood ) no problems todate. Change over ok, speeds better than with O2, One query I had was answered by PN within a couple of minutes. So if cost is an issue worth a look
