I can not help with this amount of money as got my own financial issues here, can nto get a loan or anything either.
She has no contact with the landlord, never met him/does not know how to get in touch with him. Everything goes via the agency and yes you are right - they must be over the moon with th situation...0 -

The lease/land registry should tell her who the landlord is. She needs to find out ASAP.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
Wouldn't she have had to know who the Landlord is when the Change of Use applicatin form was filled in?0

Does her lease have the address for the agent on it, or is that c/o the agency as well?0 -
Sounds like she needs an urgent injection of cash to see this crisis averted - is there a chance she can get cash and stop this eviction dead? I can't see many other options unless the details of the contract show the eviction to be unwarranted somehow.
I'm afraid your daughter may have learned a very expensive lesson about cashflow in business, I really hope it's not the case!0 -
Thanks - no landlord details on the paperwork, just the agency.
The place was rented out to her as B&B so there was no change of use.
Really waiting for Tuesday to see what CAB says to start with.
Thanks for all replies so far.0 -

Thanks, got it - will see what we can do with it - if anything.
Perhaps can dig the landlord's email address somewhere as turns out he lives 2.5 hours away from the B&B himself.0 -
Thanks God for FB......0

Well, CAB advisors were useless I am afraid and even told my daughter that she charges too much for her B&B Rooms 9standard rate for the place she is based) and generally were of no help at all.
Rent areras (spelling????) are £6100 :eek:0
