    google the address of the property, combined with keywords like 'for sale', schedule, particulars, brochure and pdf in varying ways.

    Be prepared to look beyond the first page of the search results.

    I found at least three old lots of details of the house I've just bought - up for sale a few times over the last 3 or so years.

    As googler says, it's a case of playing around with keywords. If it's on something like 'Station Road', obviously it won't be so easy! Remeber not everyone lists the area, sometimes it'll just be the postcode mentioned, and they might shorten words like Road or Crescent to Rd or Cres (leave them off where possible). Put "For Sale" in quotes (like I did) and it'll search for the exact phrase (use with anything else too). It helps filter out some other vague results.
