Any body else having problems with their cashback? So far they denied they'd recieved the bill for the first cashback due in January, and still no cheque, now for this months cashback, only the second, and they want an upload of the bill, no problem but they'll only accept a jpeg or pdf, mines on a web page.

I did a screen shot and saved as a pdf, emailed it tonight, January's cash back still not received, they say they've sent a replacement cheque. 5 months seems a long time.

You're a mug. Send a LBA and then sue. Unlikely to have to if the LBA is well written.

I received my first cashback cheque yesterday. I e-mailed the claim on 28th March and got immediate acknowledgement of receipt. Then 5 days later got an email saying it was accepted. Got an email last week saying there was a problem their end with processing cheques so it could be delayed.

Think I must have been lucky. Especially as my claim was for £54 and the cheque is for £59.40.

Hope you get sorted. I would follow Mobilejunkie's advice.
