Thomas Cook Flight -TCX 2103

Hi. I'm new to this site so please forgive any errors!

I have written to Thomas Cook regarding an 8 hour overnight delay on the above flight from Palma to Manchester. This was over 1 month ago and they have not had the courtesy to reply.

Copuld anyone please advise as to what I do now as the CAA will not deal with any flight unless it departs from a UK airport?

Any help would be appreciated.

Go to the Thomson thread, and read the FAQs on page one.

Do you mean the Thomas Cook site (you said Thomson)?

I guess my next step would be to contact the CAA but when I started completing their online complaint form, a message appeared stating that they could not deal with this as they only handle complaints about delays from UK airports. (Mine was returning from Palma to Manchester).
    I'm quite confused now!

Yes that is correct it is the responsibility of the equivalent of the CAA in the country of departure.
These is a link on the CAA site for contact details

And as others have said you should be using the appropriate thread

And as I said at the beginning, I am new to this and so am not sure how to get it onto the Thomas Cook thread. Perhaps a bit of patience from some of your oldies would be appreciated!
