I think its a big con. I had a £10 voucher for a first order over £50. I ordered a power wash it took the £10 off when I entered the code for the Club card vouchers it took the £10 off. I could not use the £10 code with the club card deal. In my mind I am still paying for the item part cash part vouchers. Also the power wash had gone up £20 when I went on line. I rang they said I could not change my vouchers back. I had to spend them on-line.

I agree xyz123! I was hoping to exchange £5 into £10 for baby, it wasn't until i double checked the poster instore the baby department excludes nappies, wipes, formula of all ages and food!! Basically it's a con as the only items you could buy would be baby accessories. Not happy with that one Tesco!

Ive been trying to change my cc vouchers on line for use at direct but it wont let me. keeps saying page unavailable when i press enter after ive put my code in.
is anyone else having problems exchanging on line?

I had problems using a £10 voucher to pay for an £8 product - apparently you have to buy something worth more than the voucher. Everyone probably realised that but I didn't!

I used some last night and they worked fine. Maybe try again

I tried to exchange some clubcard vouchers today to buy a camera

But the system crashed while i was buying them and when i retried it sames my vouchers have already been used

I rang customer services and i have to wait 24 hours for them to be released now - and they can't do anything to release them earlier - the camera price better not go up in between times!!
