thank you
If you do it on-line, you need to stipulate if it is in-store Exchange or Direct.
If you choose in-store you'll get ones emailed to you that you can print off to use in-store. Whilst if you choose 'Direct' you'll get codes you can use on-line.
Alternatively, you can go to a large store, and again select in-store (for the dept you want) or direct and it'll be printed out for you - one will have a bar-code for in-store while the other would have an on-line code to quote.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

It is no wonder Tesco are losing customers.
I have just rung them because I still have not received my codes.
According to the person I spoke to they are holding back random orders for 'security reasons' and they will send them to me now.
Thanks Tesco for making me have to ring you before you send them to me, an email or phone call would have been nice!0 -
My vouchers have just arrived in my inbox but now the Tesco Direct website is not working, I'm unable to checkout, it just goes to a HTTP page

I really wanted to buy my new bike tonight
