Is a anybody getting the 'tell me more' link to work? Nothing's happening for me

My clubcard vouchers have been added, but for some reason all of my Green clubcard point (3954 to be precise!) have been donated to 'Together for Trees'!!! I certainly haven't done that! Has this happened to anyone else? I'll be giving Tesco a call later...

Tesco send out charity coupons with other promotional coupons, e.g. the Charity of the Year. Some people, rather than see what they want to use, just had them all over at the till - it gets scanned = donation.
So, could have happened the same way with yourselves, whereas Charity of the Year was usually '100' points; with Together for Trees is an environmental Charity, often that maybe 20 pts as a result of 'own bags' however 'green points' also include recycling earned points.
If you look in My Clubcard Account under preferences it will show 'Together for Trees'.

Thanks no1catman. I do use the clubcard vouchers, but only ever as part of a rather strictly controlled shopping list (due to budget issues!) so i'm pretty sure I haven't used anything like that. Anyway, they've agreed to refund the points so all sorted!

*mutters rude words at tesco*. Saw what I wanted. In stock. Ordered vouchers. Came through by email half hour later. Went to order. OUT OF STOCK. It had better come back in pronto or I'll sob!

The voucher codes that i have been emailed for me exchange aren't working ... am i missing something? I've tried with the "-" in and without and they still wont work :-(

For some strange reason I am not getting my clubcard vouchers. I have a new tesco credit card. Does anyone face a similar issue?
