I have another £10 to add to the pot from some free topsoil for my potatoes (saves me paying £8 for a bag of compost) and another £2 saved on groceries. That brings my total to £20 so far this month :j:jMortgage free 08.08.19 :j

Oooohhh i'd like to join in please. Slipped a little from the OP wagon after making my first OP last month. I'm aiming for the minimum this month, so £31, and any more is a bonus. Have £8 so far so I'm only £4 short to be on track.0

yey welcome pixnmix

I've fallen off the wagon a bit the last few days myself, but will be starting again tomorrow

Yey well done on the win
I've been naughty and not been doing app trailers to add to my OP pot
However as i opened a regular savings account with a 4% interest rate i have added another £250 to that this month with the intention of paying it off the mortgage at the end of the year

Still here and still saving. Have put away £1 for each day so far, plus £15 lottery win at work makes £36 so far. Have listed some items on ebay that if they sell I will add to the pot. Also have a jar of 20p pieces that has nearly £19 so far. When the jar is full, that will be going on as well though it won't be by the end of this month.
Happy days
Kind regards

Yey well done on the win slowdown and your savings
nice little pot gathering up there :T:T
Just a thought - why not pay the 20p jar off the mortgage when you get to £20? that way it will save you some interest and make better use of it rather than sitting in the jar for another month
