Hmmmm this penny jar thing means i don't have something to add each day and i can feel the difference from last months challenge. I do have another £2.50 to add today from money i was owed from a friend bringing me up to a lovely £26.35 already which is fab :) but i think i will also add daily money earned on app trailers to the pot so i have a daily amount to add :) will start to add that from tomorrow :)

Hey gang, am on target for my 50.00, barring any slip ups like takeaways instead of cooking. Am dying for junk food as I type :o

Yes fairyclicks, I forgot to add the money I saved on my online shopping order so transferred it over - doh!

I'll have a bit more at the end of Friday as I pay over the odds from my bank account :T

I have done a pound a day so far but then had a nice surprise at work where I had a £15 share in a lottery win from a week ago. Am now at £23 in total. Have a £1 scratchcard to cash in at somepoint but Im finding the experience of trying to reduce the mortgage quite exciting. Its a bit addictive isn't it?

    Well done on everyone's saving.

    Kind regards

It is addictive indeed :) i think its the fact i know each little bit does add up to make a difference - i never really thought it was worth paying an extra few pounds off each month before!

I have another £2.25 to add from my app trailers earnings so that makes £28.60 so far :)
