Frustrated with Swagbucks.. i contacted their UK facebook page voicing my concerns over an offer i did and not being credited. I stated i clicked customer support which tells you to click the report problem button next to the offer but when i looked there is no report button.
and what do i get? a relatively rude mail telling me to do what i'd already done.
Is the offer showing in the viewed or completed section of the support page? If it's still in 'viewed' see if it's still showing on your offer wall and try completing it again (it may be worth trying another browser to do it). If it's in the completed section then it could take a while to be credited. Unfortunately the wall offers can be very frustrating and sometimes they just simply don't credit.

thankyou for the suggestion. I got another mail back from them and they've said they'd look into finding an email for 'sometrics' for me. I think my best bet is trying it again as it is coming up as viewed. Goals (Christmas 2014 Journey Started 29th June 2014)

well today is the first day since i started on sb (sept i think) that i will not reach goal. i am not prepared to watch sbtv all day and there are no surveys and a stupid weekend goal of 80. i am earning more on dooyoo than i ever did on sb (coming up to 150 quid there now) so i guess that is that. shame but the site is not working anymore. i will do bits here and there but i cannot commit to it.Originally Posted by easylife73:
