Hi all. I haven't been here for a while (why are we still in May?), but I have just read through the last few pages. I haven't been using Swagbucks for the last few months, as I find it has gone down the pan compared to late last year (when I signed up), with no surveys, errors and no crediting, viruses and spyware on the walls (not to mention the heinous "OMG" wall, as in "OMG I got into debt for about 5 sbs") and booting off users for no reason. This absurd customer service is the last straw. The FB page is a mess. There are no regulations about posting. Swagbucks and their UK rep do not make the rules of site usage clear enough, but are happy enough to ban when people make mistakes, with no explanations.

Users cannot be expected to help other users. It is the UK rep's job to help people on FB and in places like this thread, yet it is often down to people like Paulshorse & Co. who help people, explain things and so on, dedicating their time and effort without being paid. I cannot comment on PMs between the rep and other users, but I am shocked at what I have read here about bullying messages in response to what has happened on Facebook.

If anyone is reading this who is appalled at any of the above or anything else, perhaps it is time to "talk with your feet" and move on to other websites. There are plently like Swagbucks in the forum area. Remember: YOU are making this company money. They get a cut of everything you do, sometimes substantially. Would you want to work for someone with a long list of past abuses? I don't.

WHOOSH !!!! ...and over many heads it went in the scramble for the next SB. :xmassign: We wuv you long time *%8%

    Good try though.

Just had a none crediting DS. It was a Toluna one that wasn't really about anything specific - asked about mobile technology, TV watching habits, cars and holidays!

As for all the Facebook drama, I appreciate that Nick is the middle man and SBs make things difficult for him by not feeding him the information he needs. That's no excuse for the tone of his posts.

Ultimately we're his customers and we should be treated with respect. People wouldn't stand for the attitude Nick displays from a girl on the checkout in Tesco, why should things be any different for him because he's hiding behind a computer!?

Considering that YOU were one of the facebook members involved last night by posting sly comments towards other members, you've got a nerve to come back here and say you're shocked.

Ahh wait a minute ... Yep you did same thing to me a few months back when you accused me of going running to SB admin and reporting to them.

Don't even think about blaming me or trying to get me involved in this one though, I was offline all night and only found out about it this morning

    :T :T :T :T = good on SB Nick for banning you.
