Swagbucks Challenge May 2013

Does anyone know that if you do your allowed 1 DS on Swagbucks, are you allowed to do the DS on Inbox pounds that is limited to 1 a day as well?

Can anybody tell me how you can put in a ticket for an offer that there is no record of on Supersonic's Status and Support part of the wall? It was for installing Slotomania on my IPad. I have their email with the link that I used to install the app but don't know how to put a ticket in without clicking on the record on Supersonic's wall.
