I was involved but do not feel we were bullying, the young lass was very shirty and dismissive and rude. To start with someone just pointed out she should not be doing 3 in a day to which she responded y not? This was followed by "well I dnt get any for like weeks at a time so when they are there I am gonna take em all aint i? who wouldn't?

She had several digs at people then deleted things so it looked like we were talking to ourselves. There was more than the said 13 year old posting there were other users who immediately joined in and said they also had done several daily surveys that day, the thread was not ALL about the starter.

The starter got upset and Char and Paul both told her no one was angry at her and that people were not getting at her. I saw the posts myself. I NEVER aimed one at anyone in particular all I said was sick of it if everyone else is doing three i might as well go and do three. It's a flippant remark yes! aimed at anyone - not in particular just at a situation bullying? no by definition - abuse? - nope - intimidate? - nope - harass? - nope - threaten? - nope cant think of any more but it was not bullying.

Less than dignified - YES! although when we first responded we did not know we were dealing with a 13 year old and why the heck was she up at midnight posting as well. Do not like that a kid was up so late doing surveys for cash :-( But she really did goad at people but I never once saw anyone bully. The only thing Nicks said that I noticed was the response when someone called her greedy - but that was in response to her deleted post about doing as many as she could when they were there cos she could. I think all taken totally out of context and will no longer be using facebook.

Nick bullies the users that try to help, he has as much as posted to say that every time we post to help we are bullying (thats how I read it) that has never been the reasoning! People have been trying to help to warn users so they do not end up getting their account de activated. Just last night at the same time there was a lass asking for help that her account had been de activated :-( and did not know why.

Nick should be seeing these posts and letting people know they are breaking rules but from now on they are on their own as far as I am concerned. I am sorry a 13 year old got upset, that was never the intention but she was not bullied. Was there a two way banter - Yes but she gave much better than she got as far as I saw.

Hi all. I haven't been here for a while (why are we still in May?), but I have just read through the last few pages. I haven't been using Swagbucks for the last few months, as I find it has gone down the pan compared to late last year (when I signed up), with no surveys, errors and no crediting, viruses and spyware on the walls (not to mention the heinous "OMG" wall, as in "OMG I got into debt for about 5 sbs") and booting off users for no reason. This absurd customer service is the last straw. The FB page is a mess. There are no regulations about posting. Swagbucks and their UK rep do not make the rules of site usage clear enough, but are happy enough to ban when people make mistakes, with no explanations.

Users cannot be expected to help other users. It is the UK rep's job to help people on FB and in places like this thread, yet it is often down to people like Paulshorse & Co. who help people, explain things and so on, dedicating their time and effort without being paid. I cannot comment on PMs between the rep and other users, but I am shocked at what I have read here about bullying messages in response to what has happened on Facebook.

If anyone is reading this who is appalled at any of the above or anything else, perhaps it is time to "talk with your feet" and move on to other websites. There are plently like Swagbucks in the forum area. Remember: YOU are making this company money. They get a cut of everything you do, sometimes substantially. Would you want to work for someone with a long list of past abuses? I don't.
