Hi blondegirl88, I had the same experience, it didn't credit and never has, Audible had apparently said I already had an account. I wouldn't mind except I have never used Audible before!

If you don't get any joy I would raise a ticket - my response was we would credit you if we could out of our own pocket but you've used your goodwill try again in a few weeks!! - total joke.

Be sure to cancel your audible subscription if you only intended to have the free month otherwise your card will be debited.

I try to download as little as possible now from the walls it very frustrating that things don't credit when you apply and follow the guidelines, lots of other items that are free and seem straightforward as software downloads are riddled with malicious code or bugs.

How can you be screened out for a survey at 66% of the way through, I really dislike this site for this practice, basically you have enough information from me to get the required answers.

I'm complaining because it was a 500sb trusted survey on tablet deployment grrrrr!

On the Swagbucks home page, scroll down to the bottom and in the black banner on the far right hand side underneath Support, click on contact us and again scroll down the page until you see a circle and 'was your question not answered?'. Click on it and a form comes up for you to fill in with your query. They usually get back to you within 48 hours. Hope that helps.
