Gah those videos are more annoying than the tick boxes......bring back the tick boxes pleeeeease!!

Looks like I wont be doing the dailies anymore then, those vids will drive me mad.
And you don't know if you've entered or not after they've ended because nothing is confirmed.

Well, that was horrendous... I had five tabs going at once. Hope that format isn't here to stay!

I've tried opening multiple tabs and playing all the videos but it keeps freezing my (old) computer even with just 3!! No more magazine dailies for me either

I can't enter because the vids won't play on my iPad. Is there an address we can email to complain about this?

I've just tried and I all I get is 30 seconds of adverts then nothing happens, is this what is happening for everyone?

I can't imagine I've entered as it lets me redo the same competition again instead of saying I've already entered it?

For me it is automatically going to the page you used to get after the tick boxes with correct answer etc. Has frozen a couple of times though and only have two tabs re dailies and doing other things at same time.

Wistful sigh re tick boxes :rotfl: and I can't believe there could be something worse!! I am doing far fewer on the magazines I hadn't done before the change and can see me being much more selective in the future which is a shame as have had a few wins since started doing them late January.

I only had problems with the Now dallies, so I sent them an e-mail using the contact us form link at the bottom of the competitions page.

Also found that on Chat after I'd done the first page of prizes with videos each time, I then didn't get any videos anymore and was able to complete them fairly quickly after that.

Did that happen to anyone else with Chat?

The videos only played through on the WOTV and Woman's Own for me (the ones with the most comps!) - after that they came up but went through without them playing. There was one magazine that had tick boxes back.

Just tried 6 mags - video screen appeared then immediately disappeared to reveal confirmation page on all of them.

I entered all the ones I usually enter this morning - with no signs of tick boxes or videos.
