Keep the house. When the children are older and you go back to work it will make more sense not to have to find the rent each month. Being on your own with 3 under 4 must be hardwork so I can understand why you would want to sell up now. The time flies by, you'll soon be more comfortable.0

The worst thing about this barmy housing market is that it turns ordinary people into gamblers.
IMO if you sold your house you would be taking a hell of a gamble with your family's future, with very little to gain if it goes right.
If it goes wrong then unless you're an investment expert and very financially savvy you might well end up with no house and no cash after five years.0
