Sunshine, are you willing to say what happened at court? Did the judge accept the CAFCASS findings in the end, even though your ex disputed them?

Check with your solicitor what the plan is if he doesn't return them tonight. Or if there is any chance of him absconding with them.

I've only just seen this thread, and I'm delighted that you now have your children with you. I hope your first evening has gone well.

I also agree with what Jojo has said - better to find out before anything happens (and hopefully it never will).

Hope he returns the children with no problems. Parents who put their children through this kind of stress are so self-centred.

Never say a bad word about your ex even if that proves hard which at times it will

Email only for the first 6 months so you have a record ,always sleep on it when replying to an email ,always email only what you would be happy for anyone to read , including your children.

Always be true to yourself and your children .
