Sunshine, are you willing to say what happened at court? Did the judge accept the CAFCASS findings in the end, even though your ex disputed them?Mortgage when started: £330,995

I am also hoping he DOES return the children
as he took my eldest out of school early yesterday and has kept both off school and nursery today.
I am giving him the benefit of the doubt and hoping hes just making the most of his last full week day with the children and taking them out somewhere nice.
I have made so many phone calls to try and get everything sorted its unreal. And I am now applying for schools near me for next year etc.
Check with your solicitor what the plan is if he doesn't return them tonight. Or if there is any chance of him absconding with them.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll

I've only just seen this thread, and I'm delighted that you now have your children with you. I hope your first evening has gone well.
I also agree with what Jojo has said - better to find out before anything happens (and hopefully it never will).
I wish you and your children a happy and loving future.

sorry SunshineDreamer, I skipped this thread as I didn't recognise the username. I remember your previous thread well. Glad the court hearing went so well!
I hope the fact you aren't posting means you are too busy with the kids!0 -

The most his barrister could try and use against me is the fact that I study at university and that he is unemployed therefore has more time for the children.
His barrister tried to use this against you? :rotfl:
Hope he returns the children with no problems. Parents who put their children through this kind of stress are so self-centred.0 -
I hope you have your children now and aren't posting because you are enjoying time with them.0

Never say a bad word about your ex even if that proves hard which at times it will
Email only for the first 6 months so you have a record ,always sleep on it when replying to an email ,always email only what you would be happy for anyone to read , including your children.
Always be true to yourself and your children .Obstacles are things a person sees when he takes his eyes off his goal.0
