A couple of TAs:
FCUK bath syrup 500ml - this was lurking at the back of the bathroom cabinet, has been open for way too long as can't remember the last time I had a bath! I'm definitely more of a shower girl so have decided to gather up all my bottles of bubble bath (no others opened) next weekend and GA to my mum as she loves a bath. I have a couple of nice mini bottles such as Elemis, which I will keep for the rare occasion that I fancy a long soak, that way a full size won't go to waste.
Sanctuary Mande Lular shower oil, 75ml - found when I was digging out the bubble bath. I quite liked this but had forgotten all about itProb WNBA as although it was nice and moisturising, I still felt I had to use shower gel as it didn't lather so I didn't feel properly clean - not sure if I missed the point of this?!

emsjune78 - I knew I should have picked up that issue of Glamour with the Percy Reed Oil! Last year when a similar offer was on I got a masque and didn't think much of it, so didn't go for the offer this time round... but I have fine hair so it probs would have been a good call from what you're saying...!
& Welcome Tracey2609It must have been nice ticking off your first 3 outs!
&& Some ins (aka sins):
hammyham thanks for the tip off on the Clarins offer, I picked up some bits today which came with the pink beach bag:
1. Clarins Gentle Exfoliator Brightening Toner 125ml - I am completely out of exfoliator & I like the idea of applying a liquid exfoliator
2. Clarins UV Plus SPF 40 Day Screen High Protection 30ml - I've decided to follow your example maddiemay and use a separate SPF! I actually really need to use something like this as I have monthly laser treatment. This one just needs 4 drops on top of moisturiser and it's oil free - it sat quite nicely on my face when I tried it in store...
3. Clarins Beauty Flash Balm 30ml - freebie, love this stuff
4. Clarins Gentle Refiner Exfoliating Cream 30ml - freebie, the lady thought this would be more suited to my skin than the one available in the offer so she kindly offered to see if she had it in the stock room to give to me as a substitution
5. Clarins Multi Active Day Cream 30ml - freebie
6. Clarins Pure Melt Cleansing Gel 5ml x2 - freebie samples
I got the 1000 advantage card points too, but not the 200 points offer as it didn't come up for me at the machine!
& Then I picked up some things from the Indeed Labs 3 for 2 offer (thanks maddiemay for the tip off!)
7. Indeed Labs Hydraluron 30ml
8. Indeed Labs Snoxin 30ml
9. Indeed Labs Pepta Bright 30ml
I first picked up the Eyeslix but then when walking out of the store decided to return it for the Pepta Bright as I already have 2 eye creams at the moment & prefer a more moisturising as opposed to tightening product. Upon doing the exchange the lady kindly scanned a double points coupon and a 150 points coupon. So all in all I picked up about 1600 advantage points in total today.
&& 10. Finally, from MAC i got the Embrace Me Lipglass
So quite a lot of INs, but not feeling guilty about them at all as most of the things that weren't essential were freebies! :rotfl: Of course, the Lipglass was totally unnecessary
I hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday

Two more UUs:
Bayliss and Harding Bath Milk. WNBA. Don't like the smell of their products and don't think they are great quality generally. Was using this in place of shaving gel.
Garnier Mineral 250ml deodorant. WBA, but have a few more in the stash. No buying unnecessary toiletries 2013: Start 112 items 01/01/13

Welcome lucy lemon and tracey :j
Happy birthday to kadison and mcculloch - hope you both enjoyed your days. Hope you had a good holiday too kadison.
Couple of ebay outs that I forgot to mention:
78: Garnier Eye Roll On - WNBA - Couldn't get on with this for some reason. Didn't seem to conceal my dark circles. Now trying out the Clinique one.
79: False Eyelashes - WNBA - these were a gift and had feathers on them. Not my sort of thing.
80: Benefit Bad Gal mascara mini
81: Benefit Life on the A List lipgloss mini
Both of the Benefit items were in a kit that I bought. Decided to sell them as I already have both in another kit. Don't really like either of these products though so am tempted to sell my other ones too :rotfl: I prefer the They're Real mascara and have never been a fan of lipgloss.0 -
Thanks for the welcome! I bought another 2 items today - what is wrong with me?! - but I'm going on holiday next month, and they are for that. And they were from Poundland. That's what I'm telling myself anyway...
Anyway, I'm really curious - where do you keep all your stuff? I seem to have bits and pieces all over the place! I'm really tempted to shove it all in a big plastic box, as I think that if I can see it all in one place I might be less likely to buy more! At this point, anything's worth a try.0 -
Welcome lucy_lemon!
I keep my stuff on my chest of drawers in my bedroom in trays that I got with various gift sets and things.
UU: Molton Brown Warming Eucalyptus bath & shower gel 100ml; WBA and I might because I'm getting insecure about my lack of shower gel! I have 3 or 4 travel size ones but miss having a big bottle!
IN: Clairol Hair dye again, I dye my hair every 8 weeks or so.Decluttering 2015: 2162/20150 -

Mine all comes to around £650 so don't worry about it, just enjoy using it all and welcome!lucy_lemon wrote: »Thanks for the welcome! Welcome!
I keep mine in these, I have loads of these for various uses and I couldn't be without them!

I bought a nicely patterned canvas box like these:
http://www.vividart-cn.com/en/product.asp?sid=116
It lets everything look pretty on the outside, so I can keep the boxes in plain sight. It was about £3-4 per box, which is a higher outlay, but they are very hardy!
No use ups for me for a while now! But no purchases either...0 -
Welcome lucy_lemon!
I keep my stuff to use in the bathroom/sink on a shelf in the bathroom & my after shower stuff (make up, skincare, masques etc) in my dresser. I also have a small cream box in my wardrobe where I put stuff that I'm not using but don't need in sight- spare handwash, back up make up removers, hand cream and empty jars at the moment. I have a rule that my stuff cannot overflow out of these 3 areas & I am aiming to get rid of the cream box asap!
How is yours kept at the moment?0 -
Welcome newbies
Most of my stash is in the airing cupboard in my bedroom (its not really warm, nothing has gone off yet!) Actually now I think about it, it takes up 2 whole shelves plus a cardboard box on the floor , all my in use stuff is on top of my drawers because if it was in a box I would forget to use it and the under the sink cabinet in the bathroom is rammed full of shower gels, face masks and hair stuff.
There's still so much stuff to get through! I have never totalled up my stash either, I don't think I could take it! Although I tend to think of it as having spent money in the past so that I don't need to spend now because I'm working through the stash, if that makes any sense! It makes me feel better :rotfl:
1 UU for the weekend to help along the way
Lush soap, I can't remember the name but it was pink and smelled quite nice when it was new, WMBA but no need for several years. I have got a L'Occitane Rose Bonne Mere soap out as a special treat! No more buying unnecessary toiletries 2018
