Today I UU the last of the Clarins - Eye Revive Beauty Flash Cream it was only a sample tube but still lasted ages as you only need a tiny smear - certainly not considering to ever buy or replace it, as I failed to see or feel any benefit.

I'm making my way through a sample of this too. I've heard it's amazing but I really havn't been impressed by it the past few times I've used it. Doesn't seem to do anything!

Happy bank holiday weekend folks! :)

    Some UU:
    1. L'Occitane 5% Shea Ultra Hand & Body Was 500ml - I used this as a hand wash mostly, but didn't like it too much for this. I used the last third or so as a body wash and it was really lovely for this. Probably WNBA though.
    2. Essential Nuance Airy Conditioner 500ml - a HG conditioner for me, and now onto my final bottle. I have to source this from Hong Kong/Singapore when travelling or ask friends to - so after my current one is finished I might try some other things which are available here.
    3. Lancome Genefique Serum - WNBA

    Slowly getting through everything :)

One UU for me today, Body Shop Shea Whip body lotion - WNBA. This was in a small gift set I got from secret Santa at work and although I am a big I fan of The Body Shop I prefer the body butters, also I wasn't too impressed with the smell, there are others I like much more.
No IN's yet this month but I have a few planned purchases :)

Just given myself a pampering pedicure and painted my toenails, used a Virgin Vie dark pink, I've had this for years and it was a little thicker than it should be so just put one coat on then a clear top coat. Will probably only get one more use out the bottle as its nearly all gone, shame Virgin Vie no longer exist I quite liked their products.

Hope everyone has a lovely BH weekend, fingers crossed it BBQ weather for tomorrow :j

Right! ......Today I'm going to add to the list, all the things I've been sent by Boots to trial, because otherwise I won't get a rush when I finish one of those (sad as it is to get a rush when you finish a bottle of something :rotfl:)

I'm also going to add all my free sachets.....I may be some time!

Well ladies I'm nearly at the end of my toner pile...I need recomendations on what to buy now. I've never been 'wowed' by a toner...

Tricky one! to my mind it depends on your skin type and what you might need a toner to achieve, there are so many different ones out there. Some peeps say a toner is not necessary, others disagree. Of late I have been using an exfoliating toner a couple of times a week and rarely using scrubs (my skin is too sensitive), otherwise I like a re-hydrating toner after cleansing to balance the ph from the quite hard water where I live and to add a dose of hydration (dry skin and an old 'un). My HG is Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic, but ATM I am happily using an Aloe one for sensitive skin from BS, it does not have that lovely scent that the LE does, but is otherwise great for me.

Caroline Hirons aka beautymouthblog has a fact sheet on toners, however, she only uses high end products, but might be a starting point for some research. HTH:D

Like others have said, it depends on your skin type, I have normal/combination skin, basically it's only oily on my nose really, the No7 Purifying toner (it's green) was great but I don't think it's made it to their new range, I find the pink one doesn't do much for me.

If you're not one of the people boycotting Lush then I'd really recommend Breath of Fresh Air, though I poured it into a squeezey bottle and applied with cotton wool as I didn't fancy spraying it on my face! It's a cheaper version of the Liz Earle one but if you can afford Liz Earle, get that!

    Thank you. :)

I have skin verging on dry and verging on sensitive, so may try the LE ;) ...I'll read beautymouth too. :T

VERY jealous of your stash of Lancôme there!

I love Lancôme and find it hard to resist a good GWP :D

Showed mum my list, so I have my first out: Betty and Walter elderflower & lemon hand cream 150ml, I had hoped she'd want more than that :rotfl:
