Ebay Selling jobs - advice please

Hi - My 20yr old uemployed son as seen a job advertise on craiglist for a "ebay sellers job". Has anyone had any experience with this, Ive searched the internet and cannot find any reviews. It sounds a bit dodgy to me but son won't listen.

    Very, very, dodgy.

Lots of different ways the scam works, but in general it's along the lines of:
    - Your son creates the listing
    - Sends the money off to random internet stranger, who is supposed to dispatch item. Stranger runs off with the money.
    - Buyers don't receive their items, your son is left to refund and ends up in mountains of debt.

Or you could be set up to sell fake or stolen goods...

Basically ask the question, "Why doesn't this person want to sell the items by themselves?" and there's your answer.

We've had several threads on here about it, one quite recently- I'll see if I can find it. If not do a google search and see how these scum bags con ordinary hard working people into taking the fall for them and leaving them seriously in debt.

Thanks for all the links....very much appreciated and I have contacted the op who started the thread. My son has some behavioural problems and very immature for his age......so far I have prevented him from going ahead but if he was living on his own then he would have gone ahead
