What I am looking for is a list of all their reconditioned phones so I can make my mind up before I call

Calling is the only way of getting them. They don't list them all on their site anymore.

I've rung them before and was told reconditioned phones are usually sold for 50% of the normal price you see on the website. As to what they have in stock I suppose it depends on what returns etc they've had. Also accessories are not guaranteed to be in the box however the phones do come with 6 months warranty.

Don't forget if you already have a Virgin PAYG account then you may have earned a discount off a new handset without going for reconditioned.

Thanks dave - I won't be ab;e tp get a discount, I registered a sim I had lying around for ages to see if I could pick up one of the lobsters for 19.99. They had sold out so I was just wondering if they had a webpage with the current offers

just wondering if it will work out cheaper if you bought a new lobster at £40. not only do you get 12 months guarantee but also 200mins free voucher which is worth £70 at 35p/min mobile to mobile calls
