Vent - Rude older woman on train

Two days ago I got on a packed bus - bear in mind here I'm on a crutch here. An older woman was sat in the disability seats with a huge bag propped up next to her, asked if she could move her bag so I could sit down as I struggled to stand on a moving bus, I then got a massive rant about how disrespectful young people are..
In the end a younger man offered me his seat, Lucky he did or I'd have probably slapped the cow. haha0
