Energy Saving Club Problem

Hi,
I've registered on the energy saving club and initiated a transfer however it failed due to an address problem.
The supplier has cancelled the transfer but it's still showing within the energy saving club so I can't start again.
I've emailed to ask for this to be cleared but I've not heard anything back.
Any suggestions on how to get the switch cleared?
