Time AND money saving ideas?

Hi everyone
I'm a mum of an 18mth old and have found myself with less time and money than ever before. Most money saving ideas take time, and vice versa. But I'm sure there must be lots of good ideas that save both and would love your help to think of them!
My best idea so far is to shop at aldi instead of tesco. I can be there and back to do a weekly shop in 1 hour, with my toddler in tow - as they don't have a zillion types of every item it's much smaller to get around, but I find I can buy pretty much everything I need. Half the time, and a saving of 35% on my shop.
If you can help I'd really appreciate it!
