Monarch flight MON4724 Gatwick to Goa 2008

After Monarch had initially said no to compensation for an 8 hour delay in the above flight on 4/4/2008, we wrote to them again quoting the new EU policy on compensation and after about 6 weeks we received a cheque each for the full amount of £508, luckily we had kept all documentation ,brilliant result!!:beer:
