"Fine" is the first one!
What I liked was CPS claiming that they are taking non-payers to court! (note the progressive tense "..court action WAS BEING taken against those who have falied to settle.") That's a laugh! When has CPS sent out court papers then!!!! Or is it STILL a future(empty)threat?
And they threaten non-payers with the likes of Roxburghe and Graham White Solicitors! Wow, scary man!
See here for CPS and taking 'no one to court'(quote).
Hello 'Andre' of Car Park Solutions! Hey, you claimed back in February non-payers will be taken to court! So why haven't you yet?????
Come on Andre of CPS, why not post here NOW? Got a ticket from ParkingEye? Seek advice by clicking here: Private Parking forum on MoneySavingExpert.:j0 -
It really dogs me off though, when the press persistently get the facts wrong and add fuel to the thoughts that these 'fines' must be paid. That article was almost like an advertisement for the CPS and what 'will' happen if you don't pay your fine like a good law-abiding citizen.0

Wonder if one could email them, the EDP and ask they do another article stressing the truths about PPC's fake tickets and fake threats?

Truth - now that's an interesting concept - wonder if it will ever catch on...
...not throughout the car park management industry it won't.0 -

Good to see that 68% of the tickets have gone unpaid. The truth must be getting around?0

Here is a link to the article on the EDP website. http://www.edp24.co.uk/news/no_more_parking_fines_outside_dereham_s_one_stop_1_2168682
I like the fact that while Tesco One Stop paid £10,000 a year for their customers’ use of the spaces they have also paid an additional premium to have the camera taken down.
I also note that out of 1014 tickets only 328 tickets have been paid totalling £17000 with £13000 of that going to Car Park Solutions.0
