Spendy days yesterday and today - petrol, some food shopping (including Filippo Berio Gustato Fruttato Olive Oil for £0.99 at Mr M, normally £3.99, on offer at half price, plus money-off voucher as detailed here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=61364911&postcount=1), and a rolling pin of all things!. I've been practising my pizza-making skills, to save money, and couldn't find my rolling pin. Made enough dough for two, so put half in fridge for some time over the weekend. And used my HM pizza sauce that I'd made in the slow cooker. The dough prepping was a bit fraught (need to practise my dough-handling skills!) but the whole thing turned out alright in the end.

You can see I went for the 'rustic' look :)

Out tonight with family and friends for a belated birthday celebration

    Enjoy the Bank Holiday weekend:D

Ok, Freeby, pass me the bunch of cowslips because I have hit my second target and now have 15 NSDs somewhere amongst all those piled up in the Cauldron of Doom!

Now, dare I try and set a new target?

    Good Afternoon folks:),

I hope you are all well and catching some sunshine if it is around in your area. It has made an unusual guest appearance in NI today:p!! It is my Birthday today and I am going out for dinner and some red stuff later:). I will resume gathering NSDs in June if that is ok with everyone, as I have been awol for quite some time!

Happy Birthday Red, hope you enjoyed your dinner and, of course, the red stuff :D

It would be lovely to see you back here in June, you don't need to ask, we've missed you. Hope things are starting to settle down for you x
