    Welcome to all the newbies, this is a fun challenge with a meaningful but hopefully not too serious aim. We certainly have some fun, and thanks to everyone who contributes, and especially to all the :As who keep the thread running smoothly.

    Good luck for May, no birthdays, holidays or weddings as far as I know, so I'm hoping for

    22 NSD and 5 in a row
    Can't really believe I said that :eek::eek:

    See you back here soon

    I have (just about) achieved my target for April, but there was a point of seriously falling off the wagon, and I have spent more than double last month's 'pin money', just on lunchtime food and rubbish....
    Hi RL; just wondered if you'd spotted THIS Challenge that runs on the Boards too? It may help with work/school related grubstuff & there's a fair few threads with lots of lucious lunch ideas; if you'd like them, give us a shout & I'll post the links for you.

    Can you ask Igor if he needs any more slugs & snails Narg, cuz I vaguely recall him talking about a lack of the male gender to escort us around the Willow last time. And tell him that with us still having frost most nights, the Farmer hasn't changed the bedding so we've got access to pigs in blankets....*wanders off to find bits of gangnam to cut up for bunting*

    Good morning all, I'd like to try for 15 NSDs in May.

    That's an increased target that I hope isn't too out of reach. My GC is also reduced to £180 for all household stuff, toiletries and food.

    Thanks everyone who works so hard to launch/keep this thread going, you are a real inspiration xx
  • Good morning everyone.

    I would like to go for an initial target of
    12 NSDs for May please.

    I've got a lot of activity next month which will involve (budgeted) spending so 12 will be a challenge.

    This thread has really helped me cut back on unnecessary spending - thanks so much
