Put the Nargle down for 12 NSDs for May, please!
(Igor! have you been fiddling with my poota? I can't seem to get bold or coloured print.....whaddya mean, you needed to take it to bits? You spilled WHAT on it???? Eeeewwwww!)

Ahem! As I was saying, before the urge to crush Igor's head to a pulp overcame me.....as a celebratory start to the month's challenge, Igor has arranged the traditional Mayday festivities at Ennessdee Towers. The maypole is up and ready, Igor has got Hubert busy untangling the coloured ribbons, and when they have done that they will be practising their maypole dance routine........a new batch of the infamous turnip whisky is fermenting away, as well as an experimental batch of beetroot cider. We need volunteers to perform those lovely old dances Strip the Willow and Flog the Chicken....and who is bringing the Mayday cake this year? Please, someone volunteer, or we'll be stuck with Igor's offerings again...

Oh yes, Sprout wine it is. 72 vintage. As in 1872. More than a hint of sulphur to it.

I can bring a selection of pies, both meat and Veggie (om nom nom!), and a fruit cake - hmm some Fruit of the Forest Vodka might be preferable to the Turnip Whiskey and Beetroot Cider!

Dragon - seems like it is only you and I that are taking on the In-a-Row challenge .............. the rest must be a bunch of scaredy cats :rotfl:...................that's a challenge to the rest of you :rotfl:

Nargle - I have the old Maypole we used last year but since Igor used it for his poledancing classes and greased it with.......well it's probably better not to say.......... it is not looking quite as straight or solid as it used to.:eek: Can we send Hubert out to source another one?
