Well, Friday was another spend day (and I've not even checked my bank!) I got the chance of attending another customer focus group session (with a £60 payment for 1.5hrs, but it turned out to only take an hour which was even better). So I walked into Manchester, attended the session, collected my dosh, did a spot of city centre shopping, then walked home (return trip was just over 20 miles, and took 6.25 hrs).

But yesterday and today have been NSDs, so I'm up to #6 :D

Expecting tomorrow to be another spend day. Lid! have their compression socks back in, and the ones I bought from there about 2 years ago are still doing great - especially as they're less than 25% the cost of a pair from a sports shop!! But now I'm walking and/or running most days I could use some more, so I plan to get there shortly after opening (went the 2nd day they had them on offer last time, and my store didn't have any - so if they don't have tomorrow I shall have to try and locate the closest store with and then head out there!)

  • Hi everyone

I'm declaring 2 NSDs =4/12 NSDs. These were yesterday and today.

On Friday the picture on my TV went, I've checked all ariel and other connections and none are loose. But I've had this TV for 15 years. Mum has got a TV she is not using and my brother will be bringing it over and setting it up on Thusday when they go shopping to Mr A's near to where I live. So that will save me buying another TV:money:

Right ho, taking the plunge and declaring NSD #8 :j Bathroom cleaned, lunch for tomorrow done, dinner for tomorrow planned, ironing done and 6 things listed on fleabay, plus I've also signed up to Gumtree to list some other things which seems a far less painful and more straightforward experience.

Will be trying not to spend for the next couple of days, though might have to get creative with lunches (or make OH buy the bread :rotfl:)

Wet and soggy day here today - pah! still at least it saved me painting the fence. ;)

Goodness knows how it's sunday evening already
