    Afternoon fellow NSDers

Thanks to all of you who left me lovely messages on the April thread after my op. I am up and a bit more mobile, not a lot but definitely improving by the day.

I am so having a run of bad luck at the moment. My clothes airer collapsed in a heap yesterday so I have had to order a new one. I didn't have a choice as I don't have a tumble drier and now, today, my DVD player has packed up so I will need to order a new one. This is going to throw my new budget for May completely out of the window. If I was at work I would have gone without for a while but I can't stand too much of day time TV which is an incentive to send anyone out to work. I will use the balance of my Debenhams gift card to reduce the cost.

I would love a drink (not right now obviously  but later :D) but I can't because I'm on strong painkillers. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Armchair, hope you enjoyed your break.

ETO, hope you are taking it easy now you are on maternity leave.

If, love the photo. My lovely cat is keeping me company at the moment. I am sure she senses all is not well with me right now as she barely leaves my side. I think she's enjoying having me around at the moment.

Have a good day everyone, at least the sun is shining :)

    Hello everyone,

Happy to declare that yesterday and today were NSDs so I am racing away with 2 NSDs! :j:j:j

I shouldn't need to spend tomorrow because I have enough food in, I just hope someone doesn't bring cakes into work again and I have to donate to charity for them (I suppose I could say no to the cakes but that will probably never happen!)

    Good luck everyone!

Well, having put BigMumma in a taxi to Mumma Mansions, with instructions to hang her head out of the window all the way ( so as not to spoil the nice taxi-driver's upholstery), and having sent Hubert to the Naughty Corner, I need to find Igor - he has got one hell of a mess to clean up! Spoon - definitely sort the garage out, missus! There's blooming great oil stains on the patio where the Tardis was parked - or is it the last dregs of the turnip whisky?
Me? Oh no, I'm not doing any clearing up thank you, I am too busy scanning the horizon for signs of my first NSD.
