What have they asked for you to do in the case, refund or send another ? As far as Ebay are concerned it is not the buyer's job to chase around after the parcel. After 8 days they can escalate, so 3rd, and if they do you will [STRIKE]probably[/STRIKE] lose unless you can provide tracking. It will time out on 25th May.0

she's been in touch this morning to say that the postman has left a note telling her to collect the parcel from the sorting office, so it must have got delayed somewhere along the line, she said she was delighted with the item and that she would leave good feedback, so alls well that ends well for onceWhat have they asked for you to do in the case, refund or send another ?
