Halifax Interest Incorrect

Just a heads up as we've found we've been underpaid on our ISA interest. Specifically this relates to ISA opened in April 2012 under the Halifax "Price Promise" whereby they guaranteed that interest would be applied from the date of application although there may be a delay in getting funds transferred from the previous provider.

We knew something was wrong as we had one each, same date of application and deposit to the account, same amount deposited but the interest differed by £4. Looking further at it the interest didn't work out.

Quite a tedious process going through customer services and eventually to Complaints but vindicated today with acknowledgement that we have been underpaid by £72. Worth checking if you are in the same situation.
