Hi guys,
If I ignored say 10 tickets from the same company and Continued to park in the car park, What could they do legally?
E.G could they clamp the car?

Clamping is illegal on private land since Oct 2012(by private citizens/companies).
If you ignored all 10 there is a greater chance that the PPC might try court over the chance they might(very very slim chance) with ignoring just one.Got a ticket from ParkingEye? Seek advice by clicking here: Private Parking forum on MoneySavingExpert.:j0 -
Nothing! - NCP recently got gubbed in court and landed with enormous costs (both sides) for clamping and towing a car belonging to a guy who had accumulated more tickets than this in the same car park.0
