  • Where did you get the ESTA?
  • Hi I've got it from ESTA-REGISTRATION.NET I've emailed them already, but got no reply. Nor I know if I can get a full refund back.

So what part of this did u miss?

egistration.net is intended to help individuals and legal entities in their administrative travel paperwork. This wesbite is not affiliated with the U.S. government website cbp.gov. Our help and assistance is offered at a price of 55euros and includes the costs of border protections of 14usd. You can get your request for 14usd on the official website of the U.S. Embassy, but in this case you will not receive our help and assitance.

Sadly you have fallen prey to the parasite sites that apply on your behalf for an ESTA. Unlikely they will refund you, and most do say that it is cheaper using the proper site. Shady practice but you may have to put this down to experience and be more vigilant in the future.
  • I don't think you will be able to get a refund unfortunately. This is why you should always search for the official site.

I don't think you will be able to get a refund unfortunately. To be honest i think it's a little poor of the site to not have the fees they are charging upfront.

Ermmmm they do check out my post and thats on the front page of their site

  • I am beyond angry! And feeling stupid too... There was no mention of the price right up 'til I paid.. I all the way thorough thought that I'll be paying the $14
