:rotfl: always room for a little one (as long as you don't need feeding as rarely any left overs), thanks lynzpower I'm just trying to be a little more 'adventurous' lately as was getting bored of having the same things. Can't take credit for the mango salsa this time as was a shop bought jar I found in the cupboard but it was lovely. Going to look for an 'alternative' for next time thinking of trying Ainsleys http://www.cre.gov.uk/chicken_mango_salsa.html . Even if the chicken was a little too spicy for me :rotfl: slipped with the chilli. Actually I can almost guarantee DP will turn is nose up at something I make and suggest toasties or takeaway instead, he drives me crackers!!One day I might be more organised...........

GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
Hi there
Haven't posted on here for a few weeks, but am trying to get back into it, because it all works so much better when we plan it in advance...!!
So, this week, the house of Piglet will be eating:
• Pasta with boursin, broccoli and ham (had this tonight - yum!:D)
• Chicken with garlic butter, new potatoes, mange tout, peas, grilled tomatoes & mushrooms
• Sausages, mashed potatoes, yorkshire puddings, broccoli, cauliflower & carrots and onion gravy
• Chilli con carne with rice (chilli includes several veg portions – minimum of 3 types of beans, grated carrot, plus the normal onions & tomatoes)
• Pasta with roasted vegetables (cherry tomatoes, courgettes & red/yellow/green peppers) and a tomato sauce
• Haddock in cheese sauce with new potatoes, broccoli, leeks, grilled tomatoes & mushrooms
• Pizza & salad
Not quite sure which night will be which meal, but the basic plan is in place, which is a start...

Other days not planned as I'm not to good at sticking to the right day hehe, but will most likely be the following.
Lasange (lots of veg with some soya mince).
Curry (again lots of veg and lentils).
Lentil soup (if I can get the blender not to leak ).
Veg stew.
Jaket potato, beans and veg/salad.
Breakfast - fruit, juice, yogurts (alpro).
Snacks - fruit, rice cakes, left over cake (hehe), jaket potatoes, salad.
Drinks - vodka, green tea, herbal tea, coffee, soya milk, juice and water (duh).
I don't think there's a single doubt in me getting enough fruit and veg each day lol.I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy

Hi everyone
Sunday: HM pizza, tomato salad and corn
Monday: SC sausage casserole
Tuesday: Grilled lemon chicken and salad
Wednesday: HM Green lentil dahl and HM naan bread
Thursday: Jacket potatoes plus whatever is in the fridge (!)
Friday: HM 5-bean pot and bread
Saturday: HM spiced chicken, dry vegetable curry and rice
There might be some variations (as normal) but should be fine.
DH and I tend to take left overs for lunch plus fruit for a snack. I don't eat breakfast as I'm out the house by 6.30 each morning, but I've started taking a small bottle of kefir or yoghurt (blended with honey and ginger) to have in the mornings when I feel able to eat something, and that seem to be working well. Have a good week everyone, cel x:staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0 -
