Yeah I declined, and (un)suprisingly he has now relisted the item.
If you have declined the mutual cancellation, then you are still the buyer of the item and he shouldn't have relisted.
You can report him as a non-performing seller and leave feedback and appropriate stars. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever

Yes, good point! Probably I'll receive a message at about 8am tomorrow claiming they've been in all day waiting for it and it's failed to turn up... so they want a full refund ...Add it to the buyers whom buy something Saturday evening and message on Monday afternoon saying "Item isn't here yet"
...plus a replacement!

As is only allowing 2 days for an item to arrive.
If you're having a go at me, can you explain when you would expect an item to arrive if:
1. You paid on Sunday evening.
2. The seller messages you 10 minutes after you paid, saying he will post on Monday by 1st class? (which is a totally unnecessary and unsolicited message that the majority of sellers do not send)
Do you think it is reasonable to expect that this will arrive with Tuesday's post 95% of the time, and Wednesday's post 99% of the time?
If yes, and the item hasn't arrived by Wednesday, do you then also think it is reasonable to reply to the seller's message (which says he will post 1st class on Monday) simply asking him if he did indeed post on Monday, as he said he would?charlies_mum wrote: »If you have declined the mutual cancellation, then you are still the buyer of the item and he shouldn't have relisted.

Yes, I did this, and then he has asked me to revise the feedback saying he can't believe I needed the item so badly that I would neg him for cancelling!! oh well.0
