Please post your lease agreement, just as an aside there was a recent case ( which i cant find ) where a PPC was taken to court and succcessfuly sued for harrasment/ticketing someones car that was parked in their allocated space, if you do chose to go down this route you should also bear in mind that the parking company are acting as agents of the managing comitee, and the mamangement comittee are jointly liable for the actions of their agents - ie the parking company.

But please post the details fo your lease.

It will be interesting to see exactly what the lease says, given [TEXT REMOVED BY FORUM TEAM] assertion that "the lease allows for suitable parking control measures to be implemented."

@brilldan: You will somehow have to get a copy of the lease from Dandra, which may be tricky. Your rental agreement may say something, but the lease trumps everything.

In any case, it is very unlikely the parking company can pursue the charge, or even the management company, as neither has sufficient interest in the land. That's down to the leaseholder or freeholder, depending on the exact status of the specific parking space (and only the lease will determine that).

OMG  - the original poster hasn't been 'live' on the forum since 08/05/13, almost seven months ago.

If you need to 'speak' with him/her try a PM, but I wouldn't hold out much hope of a response.

If you want help from the forum, please start a new thread of your own, and we'll point you in the right direction!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
