Followed by a STALKER again in Tesco the last 3 times I have been there this crazy woman has waved and shouted then proceeded to rake around in my trolley looking at what I am buying.
Starting to get a bit worried as these 3 times have been over a 16 day [STRIKE]period[/STRIKE] time frame.
Anyone else think this is really strange

You've not been wearing that lynx excite stuff have you David?
Think if someone started rummaging in my trolley I'd tell them where to go or run them over with it.

Reading back, I've noticed a lot of posts about elections.

My viewpoint (as a female) is that many people died for me to get the opportunity to vote, so I always turn up and put something.

There have been times when I've crossed through the ballot paper because I've not felt any were worth voting for, or because none have made the effort to try to contact, via flyer or personal door to door etc.

This time I voted Conservative for the locals, because at 7am, they were the only representatives at the polling station. I'd gone down with the intention of spoiling my ballot paper because I had no knowledge of any of the local options, not did I have any idea what they were standing for. But the fact that two people got up early to represent their party and took the time to chat to me and were genuinely friendly won me over.

If I have to vote for someone, it stands to reason that the party that turn up at that time and make the effort to engage and do something, well they're probably the party that will make the effort to fight my corner if I ever need them to.

Can't say I like their leader, (in fact I detest him), but on a local level they seemed like the guys who would get stuff done.

Perhaps not the best reason to vote, but then again, if nobody votes, how long until the government decide that democracy is not what the people want and turn to something worse.

Just my strange view of the world, I'm sure there's plenty who disagree and I'm happy to debate that. Do love a good debate ;)
