    Btw has any1 in the NE seen the mystical loo rolls as we use blooming loads. Have tried looking when out n about but not seen any.

    Further to my post earlier today on the subject I have double checked with Mr Tinyshoes and you mix equal parts of Borax and Icing sugar and mix with a little water to make a paste.

    The ants feed on this and take it back to the nest, eventually killing the queen. You need to watch where they are coming from and place the poison in something like a small jam jar lid or milk bottle top along their trail.

    Note: it does not kill the ants immediately, but it gets to the route of the problem. Has worked for us many times over. Borax is found in many commercial antkillers that cost much more than the homemade version. :money:
