I did this diet in january until end of march, the idea is that you restric your calories to 600 every other day but can have weekends off.
I lost just over a stone, but it requires alot of discipline. Did not do any excersice, just my normal routine
Thanks nargen. Im a hopeless dieter, lack of willpower where food is concernedthis sounds ideal for me.....I can do discipline
it's good to hear from people who have done it

FC,,,do you clear your cookies and all that before you use it?
:embarrass: no, should I?
YES! it's a cookie that tracks your CB so clear all cookies before you use it. Especially if you're using different CB sites, watching mucky vids and the like:rotfl::rotfl:
Clear your cookies, might solve your tracking problems0 -
Hi FC,
The thing i noticed which i did not expect, is on my normal days even though i knew i could eat all i wanted, i barely could eat half what i normally would. Maybe it is psycology, or just that your body becomes used to eating less
But i noticed this pretty early in the diet0 -
