I did this diet in january until end of march, the idea is that you restric your calories to 600 every other day but can have weekends off.

I can't speak.....Im gagged by extremely small screen syndrome and a large picture of some rather nice lillies. Whats happening.....has Artha broke things ( rolling head smileys, I can't use them either)
