3500 calories =1 pound in theory
so cut down 500 calories a day = 1 pound a week add more exercise and that will go up to 2-3 pounds per week easy ;)

Theres a bit of fence in there, lots of old decking and some random timber that we got from our recent skip dive :o

it's not pretty but Im chuffed to bits with it. Just need everyone to clear their crap out of the shed now. I want to put it inside and have a proper potting shed a la monty don.....Im always jealous of his potting shed :o

Is cc cleaner a good thing to get, or does it just do the same as clearing out your cookies?
That should only be a problem if you are registering more than 1 account from the same pc/user.
It clears everything really well then you spend ages trying to work out which email/username/password etc for all those sites that require it :rotfl:
