Previous week I'd got a few tills spits from Tosco, most unusual, including a conditional spend for a £20 shop and also £2.50 for buying the 3 for £10 meats so I combined the 2 this morning - very little meat in our freezer and even less hope of topping up with reduced meat - so not very MSE but a lot better than nothing.
so I got
3 for £10 meat
Del Monte juice - 2 for £2 - used 50p mag MOCs
Tomatoes - used the 50p MOCS
Flora Buttery - tosco £1.95/sada £1 - used the 50p MOC from the BZZ kit, good freezer filler
few fillers to make up the numbers
I had double points from a mailing, various MOCS as above, the conditional spend, £2.50 meat tills spit and a large TPP from the previous week (I bought 2 of the Bold Lavender when there was a £4 difference) and got my final bill down to under £5 :T
So between sada and Tosco my original spend of nearly £40, in real hard cold currency I only spent about £11 - not too bad, used shed loads of TPP, APP, conditional spend and MOCS. Ive got nearly £5 in APG and TPP for next week including a trolley rec one for nearly £1.
Also in Tosco I had a very odd till spit for £1 Kelloggs Rice Krispie multi-grain shapes, something we have never bought and never bought anything similar and I didnt think i would be using it. But I checked mys last night and it was on offer, half price for £1.34 :T so I put this through seperatley - 34p - best bargain of the day.
So the moral of the tale is to never to disregard a MOC or till spit, you never know when things might go on offer“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Smartie ones on msm 2 for £3 does this mean they won't glitch today.
They were on MSM when I tried a week or two ago (bought them with the Quorn roast and the Smarties didn't appear on the APG). Not sure why, obviously just a glitch:rotfl::rotfl:. Smarties cones therefore still working as a trigger yesterday and, probably, today.0 -
While picking up Weekend in W for free tea (couldn't find that version instore????), also picked up a few RTC 25p Maryland biscuits and a linksave 2 for £1.50 kicked in so 2 packs for 2p
. Worth noting this mini glitch for W if you go in for their reduced stuff.

Whenever i see Butterkist I always think of the cinema, which then makes me think of Pearl and Dean ''da da, da da, da da, da da, da da da'' :rotfl:
And I usually sing ''make room for the mushrooms'' when I walk past them in the supermarche

I used the one for Free Shipping when you spend over £10 on Olympic items, when you use this exclusive code at the checkout.
Which is still working.

I had a big sort out of the MOC folders last night and after this mornings shopping trips I am now very low on MOCS
Ive just been through the mag pile and found some more toms and juice MOCS and also the naked bars MOCs so tommorow I think I am going to do shandy, toms and naked bars and use these MOCs and my small TPPs and then I will definalty be out of MOCs.
Have to have a look on the printables thread for something useful that might print off - I could also do with a sheet of toms and juice MOCs but we are not allowed to ask for these
I think it might be back to writing and asking companies again to see if we can get any MOCs in the post.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0
