Not far off. My summary was started at 11:21 and it's now nearly an hour later. Although my computer has had a go-slow in the meantime. I suppose I had the benefit of being on the forum at the time and this helped me to identify what relevant posts there were.

I am looking to switch my broadband and phone provider. Plusnet have a very good deal on at the moment.

Does anyone on here use plusnet or have any views about them?

Just moved away from Plusnet last month. Only because my 12 month offer had expired. Found them reliable, fast, good customer service and FREE 0800 numbers if you need them.

Moved over to Tesco, only because of £100 cashback and a £30 Gift card offer bringing monthly cost equivalent down to less than £9pm for line rental, broadband and weekend calls.

In 12 months I'll go back to Plusnet possibly.
