Survey on house with NHBC Warranty ?

I had always assumed I would get a full survey done when buying a house as I've little experience in building/DIY to judge issues myself.
However I am currently offering on a property with 3yrs existing NHBC 10yr new house warranty.
There are absolutely no visual signs of anything to worry about inside or on the exterior that I can see.
In this situation would you spend the money on a survey ??

Absolutely, NHBC warranty's are not worth the paper they are written on.0

At least a Homebuyers Report, you might 'waste' a few hundred quid or you might save yourself tens of thousands of pounds. You have comeback against a surveyor for more than three years (tho you have far more comeback with a full structural).Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
